How to Use Avocado for Wrinkles by Robin McDonalds

Hi everyone! I’m your kitchen beautician, Robin McDonald. Today’s video is how to use avocado to treat wrinkles. My favorite way to use an avocado is in a masque. All beauticians love avocado because of its fatty qualities and the wonderful, nutritious oils. So, today we’re going to make a masque using half an avocado. Scoop it out. A little bit of coconut oil. Coconut oil is also – oh, that’s the aloe vera, sorry – coconut oil is over here. Just about a teaspoon, you don’t need a lot of that. And, some aloe vera gel. Try to get organic unscented aloe vera if you can. And, we’re going to whisk this up. Hopefully, sort of like a guacamole. Now, you’re going to apply this, once it’s nice and smooth, to your skin for about oh, I don’t know, 15 minutes. Most masques will work up to about 15 minutes, and then after that just kind of not working anymore. You can relax in a nice hot bath with this – oh, it’s fabulous. Again, this is another one of those recipes that taste really good. So, if you leave it in the fridge, and this will last, you know, overnight, but that’s about it. Look at that – isn’t that awesome? You can apply this with clean fingertips or a brush. And again, it does taste pretty good. So, if you put it in the fridge, make sure it doesn’t end up to be a midnight snack. There you have it: Avocado, coconut, and aloe gel masque to help fight wrinkles. I’m Robin McDonald, your kitchen beautician. Please visit me at BeautyHighway.com. Thanks for watching
